Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in termination.

Health and Skin Conditions:

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. This includes recent treatments like Botox, fillers, or chemical peels, which may affect service eligibility.

Refunds:

Services are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns after your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to assist.

Booking Deposit:

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.

Pre-Treatment Care:

Avoid using active skincare ingredients like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs at least 48 hours before your appointment unless advised otherwise.

Post-Treatment Care:

After your service, follow the aftercare instructions provided to optimize your results.
