All items are final sale.

Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping priority will be based on customer selection at checkout. We aim to send orders out Monday-Wednesday in the hot AZ months so your product quality will remain in tact, and no items will be sitting over weekend days.

Loil Life ships via USPS and UPS. Once the package leaves our hands, shipping speed is out of our control. Please contact your local USPS office or UPS website with the tracking number provided upon shipment for questions regarding your package. 

Damaged Items in Shipping
If you receive a damaged item please contact delrae@loillife.com within 48 hours of the package delivery (we will verify this date via the tracking number attached to your package).

Shipping + Order Pickup
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Store pickup is free and can be selected at checkout. Pick up orders will be held up to 20 business days from date of purchase. If order is not collected within 20 business days we will refund 50% of your order; the other 50% will be kept as a restocking fee.
